This kunoichi is both somewhat overdressed for a typical one and not as underdressed as a typical *rplatt pinup.
The kanji tattoos were done with brushes by *redheadstock. Each character-brush was apparently labelled with its meaning, and if those are correct, the tattoo on her upper arm means "dangerous" and the one on her inner thigh means "beauty".
